1. Lightly sauté onions in butter
2. Mix all ingredients except half of cheese
3. Press potato mixture into 6 x 10-inch baking dish
4. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
5. Bake at 350°F 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender
1 medium (1 cup) Onion, peeled and diced
2 Tbsp, Butter
6 (3 lb) Washington Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced
1 cup, Sour Cream
1/4 tsp, Ground black pepper
8 oz, Cougar Gold or white cheddar cheese
